It seems that LDAP is cropping up as a data source more and more and DBAs and traditional RDBMS developers are asked to use it.
This presentation provides an introduction to LDAP, describes the differences between this hierarchical database and RDBMS, and demonstrates the PL/SQL interfaces provided by Oracle to access and manipulate LDAP data.
