Maryland Family and Medical Leave Delayed Implementation

On February 14, 2025, the Maryland Department of Labor announced a delay in the implementation of the Maryland Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program, with payroll deductions scheduled to start January 1, 2027.

Gratitude

 

Another year has flown by quickly.  As I reflect, I am filled with gratitude.   I love how our PeopleSoft community helps each other through the bumps in the road we face as individuals or as a group. Whether dealing with new legislation, learning new systems, or highlighting the benefits of features adopted.

I am also grateful for the teams I get to work with day in and day out.  They are the reason I get to look good in front of everyone.  I admire the tenacity with which our teams tackle every new piece of legislation sent their way, and the creativity and steadfastness they bring to building new features and addressing the challenges our customers face.

I am looking forward to 2026, for us to continue delivering the features you want!  We can’t wait to show you what is next, but always legislation first.  Thank you for your continued support of PeopleSoft!
