Focus Group Updates:   Click on the link to find a focus group to join

  • Benefits – Focus Group met in September to discuss features released in Image 50 features, SECURE 2.0 – Section 101 to be released as a PRP, and also some of the enhancements on our roadmap.
  • Recruiting Solutions – Focus Group met in September where we discussed the initial Candidate Gateway – Collect DOB and SSN with Job Offer that was just released in Image 50 and our future feature to expand the Capturing of Additional Information During the Job Offer. We also looked at other enhancements on the roadmap items as well.
  • Enterprise Learning Management – Focus group met and had open discussions about what customers were working on.  We discussed future meetings and the schedule for 2024 and the upcoming year.  In November, we will also be discussing our next indicatives that we will start on over the next few months.
  • Performance Management – Next focus  group meeting is first week of November, and we will be talking about initiatives that we are currently working on like including the ability to exclude items from ratings.  Interested in joining the focus group -email Jeremy.Pelley@oracle.com.
  • Tuition Reimbursement – We are so excited with what we have been doing through the design process of this exciting new functionality.  We will be reviewing our final design before we move into development.  This meeting will occur the first week of November and we will be sending invites out soon.  Interested in joining the focus group -email Jeremy.Pelley@oracle.com.
  • Profile Management/Employee Snapshot – It has been a while since this focus group has met, the focus group will be talking about a new feature for employee snapshot employee view as well as discussing a new feature coming to profile management that will enable the ability to build tiles directly to content areas.  This focus group will meet the first week of December.  Interested in joining the focus group -email Jeremy.Pelley@oracle.com

 ***Important Note*** Focus Groups are open to all customers, calls are typically once a month for an hour or as needed.  Your organization needs to have a current CPCA (customer participation confidentiality agreement) since Oracle discloses future design and prototypes.

  • United States – Revised Employee and Applicant Veteran Self-Identification form release in Image 50
  • Malaysia -Effective October 1, 2024, The Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) salary ceiling for contributions has been increased from RM5,000 to RM6,000 per month by the Ministry of Human Resources.
  • United Kingdom – HMRC has published new RTI specifications for the tax year 2025-26.
