Human Capital Management (HCM) in the public sector presents unique challenges, including complex labor regulations, union agreements, workforce planning, and compliance requirements. During this panel session we will explore how PeopleSoft HCM supports our public sector organizations in optimizing HR processes, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management. Members from the public sector organizations will address questions and share input on best practices, recent enhancements, and strategies for leveraging PeopleSoft HCM to improve customer experience, employee engagement, and compliance across various areas of HCM. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask their own questions to understand a few statewide system implementations and learn about trends shaping the public sector workforce management.
