Frankenmuth Insurance needed to replace a legacy procurement system. The decision was made to extend their current use of PeopleSoft and utilize the Purchasing and eProcurement modules of PeopleSoft to meet their procurement needs. This session will discuss the process Frankenmuth went through to identify the needs of the new system, develop a plan to utilize PeopleSoft and ultimately implement the solution.
