With the integration of artificial intelligence, business processes have become increasingly intuitive, leveraging heuristic models that streamline operations without sacrificing underlying flexibility. This evolution supports organizations in responding quickly to changing business needs while maintaining robust and efficient process management. Objectives: 1.
