Temple Health needed to move their grants including labor distribution from a third-party system to PeopleSoft in order to improve the efficiency of financial consolidation and reporting, reduce reliance on third party systems, and bring research data into a centralized location. After evaluating several approaches and solutions, TUHS decided to implement PeopleSoft Grants Management and Labor Distribution/Effort Reporting in phases.
