Sorry to bring this up, but there is probably a huge ERP project in your future. Whether you move to a SaaS platform or reimplement PeopleSoft to fully modernize, if you want to stay relevant, it’s not a question of “if”, but “when”. How does your organization go about preparing for that? Someone once said that implementing a new ERP can be like sewing your parachute after you jump. You just hope you can get enough pieced together before you hit the ground. But wouldn't it be easier (and safer) if your parachute was ready before you even left the ground?
