Automated two HCM business processes to add efficiencies and eliminate the manual paper forms. Implemented PeopleSoft Fluid Payment Request and Earnings Distribution self-service pages, leveraged PeopleSoft Approval Workflow process for consistent approvals. Approved payment requests are automatically updated to the pay lines for efficient employee payments. Approved earnings distribution requests are automatically updated to the employee job data for payroll and labor distribution which supports performance reporting.

Implementation of employee pay in lieu of benefits enhanced business process which allows employees to elect the option during new hire, a qualified life event, or during the annual open enrollment period. Approved requests automatically update the employee job and benefits records. Enhanced the employee and manager self-service pages and reports to reflect the compensation with the included in lieu of benefit rate. This program has simplified the benefit administration while providing employees with compensation flexibility that has increased employee retention.
This feature involves building Fluid pages, Approval Workflow process, Benefit setup and Benefit event administration, Employee compensation update - All these steps discussed in detail.
