In this session, we will discuss the UX One role-based pages and direct the discussion toward end-users using this valuable tool for the first time. We dig into navigating the page, adjusting queries both inside the at page and in the application and also look into the methods of creating queries that mine the exact information desired.

If you sell products or services that are exempt from sales tax, your compliance challenges and audit risk can be complex and burdensome. For each non-taxable sale, you must associate a tax exemption certificate (or more than one, in some cases) proving tax was not owed. But gathering and managing these documents while understanding your obligations quickly becomes overwhelming.

If you’re a tax-exempt seller, you won’t want to miss this live webinar. We dive into tax tips specific to manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors to help your business stay on top of its tax compliance game.

You’ll learn:

The impact of rising economic nexus laws on exempt sellers, including increased tax obligations in multiple states
How to decrease the burden of providing exemption certificates for your customers
Tips to effectively manage and organize exemption documents to avoid audit penalties
Why your business must actively manage consumer use tax in addition to sales tax exemptions

By eliminating manual processes that are now handled in Orchestrator, the company is saving hundreds of manhours every month across its entire enterprise.

By moving away from Excel spreadsheets and over to an automated orchestration system, the company has also reduced manual errors that are common when moving numbers across different lines, columns, and/or spreadsheets. Now, all of those numbers are verified as accurate and associated with the correct accounts. This frees the finance team up to focus on more important tasks and projects. Join our session for the case study and lessons learned from the project.

When Federated Co-operatives Limited were looking for ways to streamline key processes, they decided they needed to automate User Provisioning in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

They wanted to achieve three key goals, which potentially conflicted. They wanted greater control; to involve the business in owning access to their ERP system; and to increase efficiency.

Attend this presentation to hear FCL’s Senior Applications Manager, Mark Laxdal, talk about how Q Software enabled them to:

·Cut the turnaround time for provisioning requests to 30-40 minutes

·Eliminate paperwork

·Reduce the workload and pressure on the IT team

·Empower the Business and build their trust in IT

·Satisfy their auditors that provisioning is appropriate and authorized.

The session will also look at preparing the business case for such projects, and tying this to true business benefits and integrated controls around ERP security.
