Developed integrated Project Costing Funds Distribution functionality to support flexible and automated redistribution for previously distributed costs. Solution provides robust audit trail and integrates with pricing / billing to allow organizations to change funding vehicles, priorities and thresholds for previously distributed costs. Designed as a plugin to allow business units to Opt-in for usage without impacting business units using delivered functionality. Solution will be of primary interest to organizations that rely heavily on Funds Distribution to manage projects funding and functional users and support personnel responsible for managing Project Funding and retroactive funding changes. Many Transit and Transportation organizations use this functionality, but any organization using funds distribution to drive Project billing for federal and state costs will have a strong interest in this capability.

This session provides a deep dive into configuring and managing Oracle Business Network (OBN) integration with PeopleSoft eProcurement to streamline external supplier connectivity. Attendees will learn how to set up and maintain punchout catalogs, configure OBN to receive Supplier catalog information and route it to Peoplesoft, load that data into the Peoplesoft search indexes and enable search for external catalogs within eProcurement The ability to compare prices for items across multiple punchout suppliers will also be discussed.
