BLUEPRINT 4D COVID-19 Information for Attendees

We look forward to seeing you at BLUEPRINT 4D! The health and safety of all conference attendees remains our top priority.

Quest is working closely with local health & safety departments and our partners in Las Vegas to ensure a safe and successful event. At a minimum, we will follow the state, local and venue guidelines in place at the time of the event. The Quest team is regularly evaluating these guidelines to ensure the safety of our attendees.

Please bookmark this page and refer to it for the latest COVID updates. While we are unable to answer all questions at this time regarding the federal, state and local guidelines that will be in effect during our event dates, we are 100% committed to providing a healthy, safe environment for our attendees.

We thank you for your patience and flexibility as we manage this process. Questions? Please contact Quest at [email protected].

Here are the latest updates & information:

We continue working with our partners at MGM Grand to ensure we properly follow all federal, state, local and venue guidelines. MGM Grand and MGM Resorts are committed to ongoing engagement with medical experts as well as federal, state, and local officials for the health and safety of their guests and employees. Important lessons learned during the pandemic have been embedded into many parts of their operations. View MGM Resorts’ Health and Safety commitment online.

Vaccination

Proof of vaccination is not required unless mandated by federal, state or local laws. As of April 2022, there are no vaccination requirements in place by any of these governing bodies.

Face Coverings

Mask requirements will be governed by Clark County, NV guidelines. As of April 2022, there are no local indoor mask mandates for public indoor settings, including resorts and casinos, restaurants, bars, showrooms and meeting spaces. Masks are therefore not currently required at MGM Grand. If the Clark County guidelines change, we will post updates here.

Guests and conference attendees who wish to wear a mask are encouraged to do so. Conference attendees are encouraged to bring their own masks, but Quest will have a limited number of masks available should a conference attendee wish to wear a mask.

Hand Sanitizer Stations

Hand washing facilities and/or sanitizing systems will be easily accessible to attendees throughout the event.

Wellness Check

Attendees are encouraged to complete a self-assessment, using the CDC’s COVID-19 Self-Checker, prior to traveling to the event and each day of the event before visiting the event space.

Individuals who exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms are kindly requested to stay at home or remain in their hotel room if they are already in Las Vegas (see Feeling Ill While at the Conference for more details and support while away from home).

Contact Tracing

COVID Trace is a free, easy-to-use mobile app developed by the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services that notifies individuals of possible exposure to COVID-19. Download Here.

Feeling Ill While at the Conference

To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, if attendees exhibit symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, we ask that they take the following steps:

  • Please do not attend the 2022 BLUEPRINT 4D Conference in Las Vegas. Please remain at home or in your hotel room if you have already arrived in Las Vegas.
  • Contact Quest’s COVID Support Line by texting 859.907.6129. A Quest representative will contact you and provide assistance.

MGM In-Room Testing

MGM guests can now take advantage of in-room COVID-19 testing options at MGM’s Las Vegas properties. As part of a collaboration with Henderson, Nev.-based Community Ambulance, guests can choose from three tests depending on their travel schedules and requirements of their next destination:

  • Standard RT-PCR test: results in approximately 24-72 hours, based on lab availability
  • Fast molecular (NAAT) test: results in approximately 20 minutes
  • Rapid antigen test: results in approximately 20-30 minutes

Community Ambulance analyzes all test types and delivers results electronically to the guest.

For more information and assistance with scheduling an appointment, call MGM Guest Services and follow the prompt for your host resort: 1.877.751.7117. Services are available daily from 8 AM to 8 PM. Prices for in-room testing range from $165 to $245. Additional charges may apply for same day/after-hours requests and cancellations.
