Important Deadlines
Please note these important deadlines in order to receive your complimentary conference registration*. Failure to adhere to these deadlines will result in the cancellation of your session(s) and your complimentary conference registration will be voided.
- March 10, 2025: Acceptance Notifications
- March 31, 2025: Session Schedule Published
- April 7, 2025: Deadline to Accept Session in Speaker Portal
- May 9, 2025: Deadline to Register for the Event
- May 17, 2025: Deadline to book your hotel room through the Quest block
- May 28, 2025: Finalized Slide Decks Uploaded into Speaker Portal
- June 9 – 13, 2025: BLUEPRINT 2025
- June 16 – 27, 2025: Record Session Post-Event via Zoom
By accepting your sessions, you have committed to presenting in-person in Las Vegas, NV any time between June 9, 2025 and June 13, 2025. If you are unable to commit to any day or time during that week, please notify us immediately.
As a primary presenter in compliance with the deadlines above, you may be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary, non-transferable registration*. Failure to comply with the deadlines will result in the cancellation of your session(s) and forfeiture of your complimentary registration.
Complimentary registration applies to primary speakers only. Due to rising event costs, a hospitality fee of $379 will be applied to all complimentary registrations. Special Interest Group speakers will receive a 20% registration discount.
