Important Deadlines
Please note these important deadlines in order to receive your complimentary conference registration*. Failure to adhere to these deadlines will result in the cancellation of your session(s) and your complimentary conference registration will be voided.
- February 16, 2024: Acceptance Notifications
- March 12, 2024: Speaker Registration Codes and Session Schedule Sent
- March 25, 2024: Access to Mobile App
- April 5, 2024: Deadline to Register for the Event
- April 24, 2024: Slide Decks Uploaded into Speaker Portal
- May 7 – 10, 2024: BLUEPRINT 4D 2024
By accepting your sessions, you have committed to presenting in-person in Dallas any time between May 7, 2024 and May 10, 2024. If you are unable to commit to any day or time during that week, please notify us immediately. Conference Registration
As a primary presenter in compliance with the deadlines above, you may be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary, non-transferable registration*. Failure to comply with the deadlines will result in the cancellation of your session(s) and forfeiture of your complimentary registration.
* Applies to primary speakers for all session types except Ignite, Fail Fest and SIG sessions. Speakers submitting for those session types will receive a 20% registration discount. Due to rising event costs beyond our control, a hospitality charge of $295 will apply to all complimentary speaker registrations.
