JDE Project Costing – Not Just for Construction!

Companies of all industries and sizes can benefit from successfully tracking the performance and profitability of projects.  The JDE Project (also known as Job Cost) Costing module is a scalable tool to help you manage projects having finite lengths that can span multiple fiscal/calendar years.  It can also be configured to highlight favorable or unfavorable project trends giving management time to make proactive adjustments to steer projects to desired budgetary goals.  Capital Expenditure projects are a common use of the Project Costing module and will be used as an example of the application of this tool.
