This session will walk through real implementation use cases that will enhance user functionality, improve data quality, reduce administrator effort, and open your eyes to a whole new world of possibilities. What will be presented are unique use cases for common challenges that will give you a drastically different perspective of the entire platform. I am going to walk through creative uses of Groovy and the solutions customers and partners have adopted to change the landscape of what they are doing and how.

We will discuss options to ensure valid combinations of smart lists are selected, to eliminate the need for Data Management to perform complex mappings, and to reduce calculations by over 90%. All the things you want to do are possible, like exporting data in any format you want and performing translations on the fly. We will discuss things like synchronizing your metadata with on-prem Essbase and using UDAs to apply drivers.
