EPM – Financial Consolidation and Close: Year-to-Date(YTD) Data Entry is Now Easier Than Ever

Description:

This session will cover upcoming new standard capabilities within Financial Consolidation and Close to support YTD data entry at the same intersection of YTD_Input and YTD. Prior to this enhancement, you had to display both views (YTD_Input and YTD) in forms in order to allow entry at YTD and displaying in YTD. While functional, having to display both views in order to support YTD data entry caused a form to be larger than desired or necessary. As part of this new enhanced functionality, forms will be able to use a single column and/or row to both display YTD and allow for YTD entry of data. During this session we will present and demonstrate these new capabilities and show how this can be used withing your existing FCC configurations.

These new capabilities will apply to Financial Consolidation and Close, regardless of whether deployed as part of Cloud EPM or Legacy SKUs. It does however require your app to be utilizing the Dense Sparse Optimization (DSO) option in FCC.
