How Oracle EPM can help automate your Sales Planning processes like quota assignment and territory planning with Sales Performance Management. The session will cover the core checkpoints of modern sales planning, starting with Cohort Analysis, where reps are grouped by shared attributes to uncover trends and anticipate future headcount needs. We then move into Capacity Planning, using real business drivers like account coverage to determine where additional resources are required. From there, Quota Setting, Account Segmentation, and Territory Planning work together to ensure targets are fair, accounts are prioritized by value, and territories are balanced for maximum coverage and productivity. Finally, we bring it all together with Sales Forecasting, leveraging historical performance, pipeline, and market signals to project future revenue with confidence. The result is a connected, data-driven planning process that aligns people, territories, and targets to achievable growth. We will also demostrate how AI can enhance sales performance management.
