This session will walk through an example that utilizes Groovy and REST to connect to the Federal Reserve Bank’s repository of industry metrics.

We will discuss:

• The data source and how to gain free access
• Setup connections in Cloud EPM
• Formatting the members in the outline to synchronize with the data source
• Do a deep dive into the Groovy business rule that dynamically retrieves data based on the members in a dimension
• Show how the industry metrics can be used to setup Advanced Predictions.
