To improve efficiency, UFH recently implemented PeopleSoft Mobile Inventory.  This multi-phase project allowed us to retire multiple third-party applications, thus lowering our operational costs while streamlining our processes and gaining efficiency in multiple areas.  Along the way, we enhanced the MI product in a number of ways, many of which we think could be useful to other organizations that are either already using MI or are contemplating doing so in the future.
