PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Image 19 is out!

Have you seen that the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Image 19 came out last week? There are some great updates included in this release and below is some information on what is included.

 Employee Snapshot

This feature provides managers with a way to quickly review and analyze data about their employees without having to navigate to various locations throughout the system. You will also be able to create a tile on the home page to gain quick access to the employees’ snapshot pages.

Workforce Availability Analytics

This feature helps managers analyze their employees’ time distribution against the schedule for a defined period. The analytics provide a grid with a detailed list of values that enables managers to perform actions without leaving the page.

Recruiting Diversity Analytics

Talent acquisition now features a diversity overview chart that reports four important measures; ethnicity, gender, disability, and veteran status. You have the ability to see a review of them all or drill down to each one.

Global Payroll Variance Analytics

This feature displays payroll results from two different periods enabling you to compare previous and current values.

Configurable Global Name Formatting

This feature enables you to define basic roles and configure names by format type in the new format detail table.

Fluid Candidate Gateway Enhancements

There are four updates to Fluid Candidate Gateway which was introduced in image 18. The four updates are:

  1. Refer a Friend functionality which enables employees to refer a friend to a job
  2. US Federal Implementations that support Federal Preferences and Priority Placement
  3. Greater usability around the Terms and Conditions
  4. Guidance text provided in the keyword field

Absence Request Cancellation

This feature gives you the ability to change or cancel absence requests.

eSocial for Brazil

This nationwide reporting system for Brazil has been given more social events as well as a monitoring tool to help track events.

Mobile Payslip Country Extension Implementations

This feature uses the PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface to enable employees to view payslip information on their smartphones. As of this image, the payment balances page is no longer restricted to displaying year-to-date balances so you can configure it to the relevant period.

HR HelpDesk for US Federal

PeopleSoft HCM federal customers now have the ability to view information about federal employees using the HRHD 360 Degree page. For federal employees, the system can display information specific to them such as Tenure, Service Computation date, Appointment Type, Payplan/Grade/Step, Benefits/FEHB and FLSA status.
