Everyone that sees User Defined Objects “how to” sessions understands that they’re cool and useful, but recognizing where to use them to maximize user efficiency isn’t always obvious. In this session we will look at how different UDOs can be used in both Sales Order and Purchase Order entry to put information in the right place for the user to act on, support more effective lookups over address book and item data, simplify the forms layouts for data entry, and drive effective management of open sales orders.
