INFOCUS 2024: Hidden Gems in the JD Edwards Extensibility Framework

Presented at INFOCUS 2024
Session ID: P-049710

You’ve probably heard the buzzword "No-code/Low-code" and its promises to make application development and customization faster, easier, and with nontechnical skills. Did you know that your JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system has No-code/Low-code features built right into it? We call it the Extensibility Framework, and it’s EnterpriseOne’s way of enabling you to optimize your applications at ever level—data, logic, and user interface—without the cost and complexity of traditional customizations. The JD Edwards product development team has been building out the Extensibility Framework for several years, for example, personal forms, form extensions, logic extensions, EnterpriseOne pages, and the list goes on. Over time, it’s easy to lose track of every capability in the Extensibility Framework, leaving many "hidden gems" just waiting for discovery.

Join this session to discover some of these hidden gems that you might not know were buried right beneath your feet. Hopefully some of these gems will help fill your JD Edwards treasure chest.

This session is eligible for NASBA credit.
