Batesville implemented JD Edwards Configurator over a decade ago, and with years of growth and change, they started encountering limitations. After considering various options with their partner, ERP Suites, Batesville decided that reimplementing the configurator was the best solution.

By combining Batesville’s deep knowledge of their products with ERP Suites’ expertise in JD Edwards and Configurator, we reimplemented configurator for Batesville’s newest and fastest-growing product line in under four months! This required creating new item masters, item branches, and new configurations for hundreds of items and doing it all in minutes for cutover weekend. How did the team achieve this? Through hard work, teamwork, and significant help from the JDE Orchestrator!
