Birmingham City Council budgeted 19 million pounds to move to Oracle Fusion. The projection now runs past 216 million, and the council issued a Section 114 notice. The technology was never the problem. This session takes apart what goes wrong in ERP migrations: the decisions deferred until go-live; the customizations preserved instead of proven, the warnings overruled.
