Are you looking for a more user-friendly and efficient way to manage Incomplete Requests and Grade Change Requests—one that benefits both requestors and your Registrar’s Office? At Cornell University, we recently completed the initial phase of decommissioning a shadow system and transitioned these processes into PeopleSoft’s Faculty Center. This presentation will explore how we customized Faculty Center to support our decentralized campus structure, including the use of Approval Framework, Component Interfaces, and the development of WorkCenters featuring MyWork functionality to assist our Colleges and University Registrar Office. We’ll share insights from both the functional and technical perspectives, highlighting how these enhancements improved efficiency, compliance, and user experience—all within our system of record.
