Over the past five years, our team has leveraged OAC to resolve complex operational and management reporting issues—achieving an average year-over-year improvement rate of 86% in business process visibility and data-driven decisions. The session will walk attendees through a real-world scenario: identifying a problem within the PeopleSoft environment, building a targeted OAC dataset, and designing intuitive dashboards for both self-service users and BI professionals.
