This presentation will demonstrate how UF Health Jacksonville transformed its PeopleSoft data into actionable insights using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Over the past five years, our team has leveraged OAC to resolve complex operational and management reporting issues—achieving an average year-over-year improvement rate of 86% in business process visibility and data-driven decisions. The session will walk attendees through a real-world scenario: identifying a problem within the PeopleSoft environment, building a targeted OAC dataset, and designing intuitive dashboards for both self-service users and BI professionals.
