Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), a real time learning and guided processing tool from Oracle, is now available for PeopleSoft. OGL, which will replace UPK, provides users with role-based contextual guidance and converged learning directly into the flow of their work, helping them to understand PeopleSoft processes from day 1. Embedded Analytics allow for real time feedback to Training Organizers on effectiveness of training scripts as well as opportunities for additional targeted training.
