PayMatch® automates the testing and balancing of two payrolls by comparing payroll data across 11 categories including earnings, deductions & taxes by highlighting when there is a change between payroll results. It reduces testing time by over 75% and is especially useful during PeopleSoft Update Manager application (PUM), Benefits Open Enrolment, and conversions from 3rd party payroll providers. It also provides analytical data for period over period payroll audits.
During conversions, PayMatch® can map and test and converted payroll data from one ERP system to another with ease. The solution is database independent and can be installed and operational in 6-8 hours. Over forty clients have used PayMatch® and it is an Oracle Validated Integration.
