Wepa's Journey into the future: Transitioning to OCI and Advancing to Release 25

Since the installation of 9.2 in 2021 we started to use Orchestrator & UDOs for our processes.
Our main purpose is to reduce the standard development in favour of the new tools.
In 2024 we migrated to Oracle’s OCI. This Wepa’s transition involved several challenges and milestones. We were able to go live despite performance issues, resolved shortly thereafter Go-Live.
In the meantime Wepa implemented various Orchestrator processes to streamline operations, including daily currency exchange, cycle count, sales order confirmations…, as part of its digital transformation efforts.
Because of these digital transformation processes, we are migrating to Release 25. Our current challenge.
