Comoto has implemented a comprehensive Vendor Self-Service (VSS) solution designed to modernize and streamline vendor interactions throughout the purchasing lifecycle. The no-code/low-code based platform empowers vendors to independently review, acknowledge, and modify purchase orders (POs) within a unified, user-friendly portal. By reducing manual intervention and email-based coordination, the VSS solution enhances transparency, accuracy, and responsiveness between Comoto’s procurement teams and their vendor network. The result is a more agile supply chain process that improves data integrity and minimizes administrative overhead. Fully integrated with JD Edwards (JDE), the solution provides end-to-end automation from PO creation through voucher entry, ensuring real-time synchronization and seamless transactional flow. The State of Indiana has been evolving found PeopleSoft Cloud Manager. This session is a long-term ERP and HCM cloud strategy over the past several years. After a year-long hold on the project due to an election and budgetary constraints, the state started an accelerated lift-and-shift to move all PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in November of 2025. With a May 2026 go-live, this session will outline the process, key architecture decisions, and paint a picture of the future for PeopleSoft within the State of Indiana utilizing many of the modernization features available in OCI eligible for the following CPE Credit: NASBA
