With 2 months left before go-live on Oracle ERP Cloud, the Masco applications team needed to provide Audit with evidence of effective security & SoD controls so they would sign off the system.  The big problem was how to do it without derailing the project?

They used QCloud Audit, which analyzed their system and identified security problems.  Up against a tight deadline, they decided to carry out an intensive “find-and-fix” exercise. They ran QCloud to identify SoD conflicts and other weaknesses so they could resolve them, then repeated the audit/remediate cycle until the system was clean and ready for sign-off.  They continue to use the service for their monthly audit cycle.

Aarti Venkatesh discusses the challenges and explains how they tackled them efficiently to meet their deadline.  She also shares tips on keeping the system secure after the go-live.
