Speaker Ready Room

All speakers MUST visit Speaker Ready Room the day before/morning of that they are scheduled to present. This process will only take a few minutes and provide you with tips for a seamless experience. In the Speaker Ready room, you will be able to:

  • Ask questions of a Quest staff member about presenting at the event.

  • Ensure your laptop is compatible with the A/V equipment in the education breakout rooms and can connect to the setup via HDMI cord. Note: Macs will be able to be used but will need to be connected with a HDMI adapter, provided by our A/V team.

  • Ask questions of the AV team regarding the equipment you’ll use for your presentation.

The Speaker Ready Room is located on the Tower Side of the Hilton Anatole hotel in Opal. From the main entrance, walk through the elevator bank and turn left. Once you pass the elephant statues on your left look for Sapphire on your right. Just past Sapphire is a small hallway. Turn left down that hallway, and Opal is the first room on the right.
