9:00am – 10:00am – Stop Training, Start Onboarding – Turning Learning into Sustainability by Tom Colbert, Director Organizational Change Management from Terillium

Business, markets, and technology are changing faster than ever…Coupled with lean and hybrid workforces, learning needs to move from the keyboard to the organization. And, adoption needs to replace training as a one-time event. Implementing an onboarding approach to end-user adoption is the key to long-term sustainability and repeatability.

Based upon many years of implementation experience (and a proven active learning methodology), this session will present a comprehensive, systematic, and straightforward model for Cloud and On-Prem system implementations and business change. Integrating neuropsychology and iterative methodology, participants will learn how to effectively onboard users to acceptance and proficiency – before making the actual change, and long after go-live.
