Kill the Custom Code: Eliminating Customizations with Orchestrator, Personalization, and Form Extensions

Custom code is one of the biggest sources of cost, risk, and upgrade complexity in JD Edwards. Every customization must be tested, documented, and justified with each upgrade, creating technical debt that grows over time.

This presentation demonstrates how Orchestrator, Personalization, and Form Extensions can replace many traditional customizations. Through real-world before-and-after examples, attendees will see how to enforce business rules, tailor the user experience, and automate processes using supported JD Edwards tools instead of custom code.
