Meetup Topic: State of Montana Offboarding Implementation

Offboarding employees is a critical, multi-faceted process that impacts compliance, security, and employee experience.  In this presentation we will explore how Montana streamlined the Offboarding process. This implementation provided an enterprise solution for all state agencies to use for consistency, as well as offer the employee a guided process to update required data and review critical information.  We will share our experience with the configuration of the activity guide, questionnaire, and notification functionality along with a short demonstration of the process.  The end result produced a streamlined process to capture important data for reporting metrics to assist with recruiting and retention of employees.
