Faster SR Resolution Begins with Logging Effective SRs

Join in this event where members from Oracle Support SaaS Practice Architect team highlight Oracle’s technology and processes which assist to make the Service Request (SR) process more effective.

We will highlight the automation Oracle utilizes during the SR create process and how it expedites the resolution process.  The automations are designed to gather security approved only information that is needed to resolve an SR without having to request action from the customers.  This enables the support engineers to begin troubleshooting the issue immediately, eliminating back and forth in the SRs and providing significantly improved time to resolution. For known issues, the automations provide instant solutions and directions for the customers!

We will also dedicate time during this session to get your feedback on the SR creation process. We are sure you will learn some new tips and tricks in this session!

Please note, this session is targeted towards to those who submit SRs for their organization.
