Description:
The team will present and demonstrate the B2C Service AI/ML accelerators planned for upcoming releases as open source sample code to facilitate integrations with OCI AI/ML services. The accelerator provides a reference on how to use these capabilities to solve unique business use cases.

- Integrates with OCI Data Science
- Uses AI/ML to predict product/category/disposition fields which can used to incident routing or queuing Sentiment Analysis of Live Chat
- Integrates with OCI Sentiment analysis
- Uses AI/ML to predict the sentiment of live chat which can be used to proactively supervise the chats progressing in the wrong way
