CX – Service: B2C Service – CX Unity Integration

Description:

CX Unity integration is an out-of-the box one-way integration in Oracle B2C Service to share service data with CX Unity platform. This integration capability enables the admins of B2C Service to configure the IDCS and CX Unity credentials via a configurator in Agent Web. This event will discuss the supported objects, the pre-define and custom mappings of fields between B2C Service and CX data objects and also provide a demo of the configuration in and propagation of data from B2C Service.
