CX – Sales: Account Hierarchies As Part Of The Account Experience With Redwood Sales

Description:

Information about a customer account hierarchy is now a mainstream feature within the overall Redwood account interface. In addition to sellers being able to visualize and inspect their parent and child accounts in an interactive viewer, information from the hierarchy can be overlaid into the views of key sales collections, such as opportunities and leads.
