Acting as a virtual benefits analyst, it securely retrieves eligibility data, analyzes available medical offerings, and presents clear, structured comparisons of coverage, costs, dependents, and beneficiaries. Employees can view side-by-side plan comparisons, explore key features like cost-sharing and preventive care, and even see real-world examples to better understand trade-offs between different options.

Beyond plan comparisons, Benefit Plan Advisor provides interactive tools such as an HSA Calculator, which projects future balances and tax savings with visual charts, and a Healthcare FSA Calculator to estimate tax advantages and recommended contributions. It also connects employees to additional support, including direct links to benefits resources and escalation to Benefits Representatives when needed. With confidentiality safeguards in place, the advisor ensures employees focus solely on their own benefits while receiving accurate, professional, and easy-to-understand guidance throughout their enrollment journey..
