In this demo, we’ll explore how OCI Generative AI Agents can orchestrate intelligent, end-to-end business workflows by leveraging multiple tools — including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) as a key enabler.

You’ll see how a GenAI Agent can intelligently decide which tool to invoke – while it can make use of its RAG /SQL tools, it can also retrieve or update enterprise data in real time. OIC acts as the operational backbone, allowing AI-driven automation to extend beyond chat and into actionable enterprise processes.

The session demonstrates:

• How to register and configure tools within an OCI GenAI Agent.
• How to expose OIC integrations as custom tool for the Agent.
• Key design considerations and best practices for connecting AI intelligence with enterprise-grade integration.
