ERP – Expenses Agent for a Touchless Operating Model

Description:

This session reviews the latest updates to the Expenses Agent in release 26B, beginning with the core process: charge the expense using a corporate card or personal funds, forward the receipt to the Expenses Agent, respond to any agent inquiries using email, and allow the agent to complete and automatically submit the expense for fast reimbursement.
Attendees will be able to see:

• How you can use any corporate card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, etc.), personal credit cards, and cash together with the Expenses Agent.
• How email-based expense completion works, enabling users to provide missing details in natural language without logging into the application.
• How the agent matches expenses to corporate card transactions.

We’ll provide advice on moving toward a touchless expenses operating model and how to get started in 26B. We’ll also cover how existing Fusion Expenses users will soon be able to start taking advantage of the Expenses Agent alongside their current user experience.
