Oracle Communicate, part of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management, and a foundational solution within the Oracle ME employee experience platform, is the first and only employee outreach solution built specifically for HR. It allows HR teams to design, distribute, monitor, and measure the impact of multi-touch communications to engage and drive outcomes with the workforce. Communicate can be used to support a wealth of workplace communication scenarios, like compliance actions and announcements, change management, career development and upskilling programs, workplace wellness opportunities, and so much more.  In this session, product experts will cover the basics for how to get started, including new features in 2026 that give HR even more flexibility to design engaging content and drive results with Communicate.
