The Payments Agent is transforming payment operations by combining AI powered insight, decisioning, and execution into one guided experience across the payment lifecycle.

In this session, we’ll begin with a brief recap of the innovations introduced in 26B, including the Payments Agent’s foundational capabilities across Payment Options, Supplier Offers, and Payment Execution, alongside real time Insights into payment run status and exceptions. We’ll then explore the latest 26C enhancements through demonstrations, showing how the Agent brings Payment Options and Offers together with a unified Home Page and Insights, expands the Insights catalog to nine items spanning the full payment lifecycle, uses historical supplier spend analysis and program simulation to strengthen dynamic discounting decisions, and extends agentic visibility across payment process requests, files, and payments.

You’ll learn how these capabilities work together to simplify payment decisioning, reduce navigation across the payment lifecycle, strengthen exception visibility, and accelerate adoption of AI driven automation in Oracle Fusion Payments.

We’ll conclude with a look ahead at the Payments Agent and Agentic App roadmap. Today’s capabilities are the foundation for what’s next, moving from SOP driven payment operations to agentic apps that help drive outcomes across upcoming payments, payment execution, payment optimization, and reconciliation and settlement. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s available in 26C, practical guidance for adoption, and a vision for how Oracle is evolving the future of autonomous payment operations.
