SCM – Update Attributes on Split Order Lines for Partial Shipments

Description:

When Order Management sends an order line to Shipping there are cases where only part of the requested quantity on an order line gets shipped. Order Management creates a split line for the remaining quantity. This feature allows you to update attributes and perform actions on the split line. Order Management orchestrates and send the changes to the affected downstream systems to ensure fulfillment occurs properly. This enables a reduction in order errors and a streamlined change management process for a split line This session will include an overview of the new feature and recommended best practices to be observed while using the feature.
