To accelerate digital transformation, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Release 9.2 Update 3 (9.2.3) recently added enhancements to several features including Notification Message Center and My Worklist, Form Extension and platform certifications.

Notification Message Center and My Worklist

The new Message Center available in Tools 9.2.3 allows users to have more control over their notification messages. Capabilities including search, group, sort and deleting multiple messages at once make it easier for users to manage their messages. The Message Center has a similar view to the traditional JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Work Center messages.

Tools 9.2.3 also includes a new My Worklist EnterpriseOne page that provides a view into user’s Watchlists, Message Center, and Orchestrator Health Monitor in one single pane.

Form Extension

Tools 9.2.3 also featured enhancements to improve Form Extension capabilities. Form Extension now includes support for entry forms and power browse forms. It also includes the ability to invoke extended forms using orchestrations. These improvements enable citizen developers to capture additional information in the core business applications by adding business view columns on the glass to meet industry and regional data requirements. Extensibility allows customers to retire customizations that were previously created to meet industry and business process requirements.

Platform Certifications

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne deployments depend on a matrix of interdependent platform components from Oracle and third-party vendors. The product support lifecycle for these components is driven by their vendors. This creates a continuous need to certify the latest versions of the products to give customers a complete technology stack that is functional, well-performing, and supported by vendors. Tools Release 9.2.3 includes the following platform certifications:
