During this session, WorkStrategy will provide an overview of the new Fluid 9.2 eBenefits Enrollment and Life Event functionality, review configuration tips, and highlight common implementation challenges and best practices.   The presenters will discuss customer case studies and approaches for accommodating unique benefit plan rules, enrollment processing, and custom life event types.

Session topics will cover both Classic and Fluid implementation tools including Activity Guide Templates, Activity Guide Composer, Attachment Framework, Preliminary Enrollment and Confirmation Statements, Document Approval Steps, and Notifications.  Other topics include the Interaction between Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Life Event Activity Guides, and Benefits Administrator tasks.
