May 2021 PeopleSoft HCM Newsletter

I can’t believe we are in June already – and what a great time of year for our customers.  We had so many great customers successes this month – very  impressive!!!

Upcoming 2021 Webinars/Conferences:

RV’s Strategy Spotlight I had an insightful podcast interview with Colonel Greg Johnson, who is in charge of the U.S. Army’s Integrated Personnel & Pay System (IPPS-A) servicing 1.3 million users and 20,000 HR Specialists.  In the podcast,  Colonel Johnson talks about how the Army is using PeopleSoft Profile Management functionality to create a comprehensive 25 point profile for each solider to help the Army select the right soldiers for the right assignments.  You may be inspired to leverage the power of profile management within your own organization, which by the way is a module already included as part of your HR license.

If your organization has deployed PeopleSoft Chatbots or are planning to do so within the next six months, please reach out to me so we can include you on a new PeopleSoft Chatbot workgroup we plan to start up as early as next month.  It will give members an opportunity to share best practices and work through the art of the possible with our Chatbot product management team.
