Administrators now have access to a number of workforce analytics from a single location using PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface. The workforce insight dashboard gives you the flexibility to view tiles with real-time data and easily move between analytics for in-depth analysis from different vantage points.
PeopleSoft Position Management helps customers define Human Resources by position rather than by job or employee. You can either have your HCM application driven by full or partial position management. In Image 29, the Position Management business process is enhanced with the following capabilities:
- A position management dashboard for the administrator
- A one-stop navigation collection with links to position summary and position history
- Configurable and enhanced position search
HCM Image 29 provides a guided process to design and create questionnaires or surveys that can be plugged into activity guides. Questionnaire administrators and composers can manage activities like updating, cloning, and deleting questionnaires. They can also set permission for others to create new questions or add new questions and answers to the question-and-answer pool. The guided process provides an intuitive interface where you can see all the required steps.
HCM Image 29 enables the Benefits Administrator to create online and printed benefits confirmation statements for the employee. New Fluid pages have also been created for the employee and the Benefits Administrator to view and print the statements.
In Image 29, HCM delivers delegation in absence. Using Fluid, an employee can enable another person as their proxy to enter the request absence transaction. Administrators can now upload documents to absence requests on the “Create and Maintain Absence Request” page. Administrators can also process employee’s extended absence requests form the approval tile on the manager self-service Fluid homepage.
Enhancements have also been made to HR notifications. Fluid announcements enable self-service users to see the announcement style on their homepages.
